We ship within the United States only. We use UPS primarily, but may also use our choice of LTL carrier if the shipment is large and/or heavy.

All free shipping is by ground. Expedited shipping is available on most items for a surcharge.

We carry a large stock of patio heaters and parts. Some items are listed as non stock on our website, including powder-coated Infratech heaters, which require up to a 2-week lead time, custom modulating sub panels, by Infratech, which require a 4-week lead time, Green, Grey, or White SunGlo patio heaters by Infrared Dynamics, which require a 8-week lead time, and Kindle Living patio heaters, which are made to order in about a month.

If we are out of stock of an item we may drop ship from one of our Southern California manufacturers or distributors.

Items that are in stock ship within one business day. Our business days are Tuesday through Friday.
