Ordering

You can be confident in knowing that Alfresco Heating is a verified Authorize.net merchant, and all of our orders are processed over a secure gateway. If you feel more comfortable placing your order over the phone, please give us a call.

If you placed an order: Your order confirmation email contains a link that allows you to track the status of your order. If part of your order is backordered, you will be contacted via email with shipping updates. When your order ships, you will receive an email that contains a tracking number.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Alfresco Heating accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Paypal. Your credit card information is only used to process your order through our secure gateway. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. Consequently if you wish to add additional items over your authorized amount, you must make arrangements via phone or email to do this.

We also accept Purchase Orders. Prior to placing your first order please Download and Fax our Purchase Order Credit Application for pre-approval.

Viewing Orders

Customers that opt in to registering have the ability to view order status online in addition to our automated email updates. Login or create an account.

Updating Account Information

Customers that opt in to registering have the ability to update their contact and shipping information, and add alternate shipping addresses. Update your account information.
