We offer a one-year warranty on all patio-heaters purchased from Alfresco Heating (except DCS) for all San Francisco Bay Area customers, even if the problem is caused by insects. Our warranty may not include a service charge (to get to your location). See map for specific charges for your area. See details for your specific brand of patio heater below. NOTE: There is no service charge if you bring the heater to Alfresco Heating.

Not covered: Damage caused by extreme weather, vandalism, or abuse.

Infratech:

  • If the heater was not installed by Alfresco Heating: One-year labor warranty. Customer pays service (trip) charge. Three-year parts warranty.

  • If the heater was installed by Alfresco Heating: One-year onsite parts and labor warranty. Three year parts warranty.

Patio Comfort:

  • Residential: One-year parts and labor warranty. Customer pays service charge.

  • Commercial:  One-year labor warranty. Four-month parts warranty. Customer pays service charge.

SunGlo:

  • Residential: One-year onsite parts and labor warranty.

  • Commercial:

    • If the heater was not assembled or installed by Alfresco Heating:

      • Six-months onsite parts and labor warranty.

      • One-year parts and labor warranty. Customer pays service charge after first six months.

    • If the heater was assembled or installed by Alfresco Heating:

      • One-year onsite parts and labor warranty.

SunPak:

  • Residential: One-year onsite parts and labor warranty.

  • Commercial:

    • If the heater was not installed by Alfresco Heating:

      • Six-months onsite parts and labor warranty.

      • One-year parts and labor warranty. Customer pays service charge after first six months.

    • If the heater was installed by Alfresco Heating:

      • One-year onsite parts and labor warranty.

  • Three-year parts warranty for burners.

Twin Eagles:

  • One-year residential and commercial parts and labor warranty. Customer pays service charge.

DCS:

  • This is the one product Alfresco Heating sells that we do not support with any warranty.

Other Brands:

  • If the heater was sold by but not assembled or installed by Alfresco Heating: One-year residential and commercial parts and labor warranty. Customer pays service charge.

  • If the heater was assembled or installed by Alfresco Heating: One-year residential and commercial onsite parts and labor warranty. No service charge.


For repairs performed by Alfresco Heating at customer’s location:

  • Three-month residential and commercial onsite parts and labor warranty. No service charge. Warranty excludes extreme-weather damage, vandalism, abuse, and insects.

  • Six-month residential and commercial labor warranty, even if the problem was caused by insects. Customer pays for parts, tax, and service charge. Warranty excludes extreme-weather damage, vandalism, or abuse.

For warranty replacement parts that are shipped:

  • Customer pays for the part(s).

  • Alfresco Heating sends a UPS label.

    • Alfresco Heating covers the shipping both ways.

  • We credit customer upon receipt, inspection, and testing (if necessary).
